There are many different practical approaches to therapy that I have acquired over the years. Cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) informed treatment, solution-focused brief therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and HeartMath software are among the most frequent techniques I use to assist my clients in reaching their goal.
My dog, Wally, will often accompany me to my office. He is a certified Therapy Dog through Therapy Dogs International. He is a Labrador/Border Collie/Heeler mix.
